The Four SEASONS

As we all know, the four SEASONS are: Winter, Spring, Autumn and Summer.

Como todos sabemos, las cuatro ESTACIONES son: invierno, primavera, otoño y verano.

Every season has got different characteristics.
Cada estación tiene características diferentes.

In Autumn time the leaves fall down.

En otoño las hojas se caen.

In Winter time some animals migrate to warmer places.

En invierno algunos animales emigran a lugares más calientes.

In Spring time the flowers bloom.
En primavera las flores florecen.


In Summer time we wear cotton clothes.
En verano nos vestimos con ropa de algodón.

Carnival Parade

On Friday 8th February we celebrated the Carnival Parade in our school "C.P. Julián Besteiro".
El día 8 de febrero celebramos el desfile de Carnaval en nuestra escuela "C.P. Julián Besteiro".
We had a lot of fun!!, and we can not wait for next year.
¡¡Nos divertimos mucho!!, y no podemos esperar al año que viene. 
Our disguises were related to Disney´s film "Peter Pan Adventures".
Nuestros disfraces estaban relacionadoss con la película de Disney "Las aventuras de Peter Pan".

We not only recited poems, made accesories, sang songs and danced but also we performed a short play in the Neverland Scene.
No solo recitamos poesías, fabricamos accesorios, cantamos canciones y bailamos sino que también representamos una obra corta en el escenario del País de Nuncajamás.
We were INDIANS, PIRATES, a CROCODILE, LOST CHILDREN, CHILDREN from London and, of course, PETER PAN. 
Éramos INDIOS, PIRATAS, un COCODRILO, los NIÑOS PERDIDOS, NIÑOS de Londres  y, por supuesto, PETER PAN.

PEACE DAY!!

On Wednesday January 30th, we made some Peace Day cards in order to carry a PEACE message to our families.
El miércoles 30 de enero preparamos tarjetas del Día de la Paz para llevar un mensaje de PAZ a nuestras familias.
We also talked about what PEACE means to us and about what we can do to live in PEACE.
También tratamos sobre lo que la Paz significa para nosotros y sobre lo que podemos hacer para vivir en PAZ.
